N.B.: Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day, excluding week-ends and holidays. After 2 PM, orders are shipped the next working day.
Otherwise, note that a customs control can be carried out depending on the country of delivery. In this case, Spring Court could not be responsible for longer delivery times.
You have a period of 30 working days of receiving your order to return a product.
If the return process is respected, return costs are offered or partially refunded for the following countries : Metropolitan France, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and United-Kingdom.
For the other countries, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and they cannot be refunded by Spring Court (except for defective products).
You must register your return request with our Customer Service team or it will not be processed.

TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To return an order, please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com Briefly indicate which product(s) you wish to return and the reason.
Our customer service team will provide you details of the return process.
For any return, please put the unused shoes in their original and intact packaging. Then pack it in such a way that it will be protected during transport.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
If you wish to return your order for an exchange we offer free shipping on the replacement items towards these countries: Metropolitan France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and United-Kingdom
We don’t make exchange for other countries but you can request a refund and place a new order.
Refunds will be made few days of receiving your return, by the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, in accordance with the return process with its original packaging and intact product.
Refunds may be withheld until Spring Court has received the item or until you provide proof that it has been shipped. The date taken into account will be that of the first event to occur.
Depending on countries, goings delivery costs can be refunded by Spring Court. They cannot be refunded in case of order partial refund.
